(or as we like to refer to him - the devil incarnate!)

Our main coach is Rob Box who recently moved to the Island following his release from the British Army.

As well as playing No. 8 for the Princess of Wales' Royal Regiment for many years, Rob has also coached women's teams such as the Army Women's and Canterbury Women's teams.

As well as training the Guernsey Jackals twice a week, Rob has also recently been signed to play for the Guernsey 1st Men's Team who are currently in the top three teams in the Hampshire League.

He's a stickler for the rules and likes nothing more than to grind us into the mud at each training session. He's hard but fair and has also taken on the mantle of training us for the 'post game' bar activities.
